How do I book?
Send a request on this site or message us on WhatsApp at +44 20 7946 0000. We'll offer you a time and confirm the price. We aim to reply within 2 hours during opening hours.
Do I need a patch test?
New colour and tint clients need a quick, free patch test at least 48 hours before the appointment.
Can I choose my stylist?
Yes. Tell us who you'd like when you book and we'll keep you with them whenever they are available.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50%. If something urgent comes up, talk to us and we'll work it out.
